At MAYZERA, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in curating and packaging every piece, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

✅ Returns

• You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mayzera.com with your order number and reason for return.

✅ Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
